Reset Password

Change the password of your account while signed in, or start the recovery flow when you cannot get in.

What you can do on this page

  • Change it directly: fill Current password, New password (6–20 characters) and Confirm password, then press Confirm change.
  • Recover a lost password: the Forgot password? link opens the signed-link reset page in a new tab, which mails the instructions to your bound address.
  • Bind an email first when the page says you cannot reset: recovery requires a bound mailbox, which you set on the profile page.

Signed-in only. Channel codes are separate credentials and are not touched by a password change. Never collect or submit a user's password on their behalf unless they explicitly ask you to change it right now.
